Corrected. AT&T will begin re-branding its wireless service by adding orange to its logo today. In a nod to Cingular, it is adding orange to signage, advertising and other materials, though the blue globe will remain. AT&T is looking to change the entire company's focus to mobility and is working to advance the carrier's offerings. They will begin test marketing a new calling plan that offers DSL internet and a 450 minute wireless plan for $60 without requiring users to get a wired voice line. They are also working to negotiate better international roaming rates.

You *******!!!

We spend millions to advertise and promote the Cingular name after buying at&t wirless.

You decide we need to change our name, and rebrand all the stores. We repaint, rebrand, get city permits to hang new signs and get everything exactly how you say it should be.

Now you want us to change it again. You still haven't fixed the holes in my wall you made when the new sign was put inside my store. Now I'll have to hang a new one on my wall, my front door, my front windows, and the banner outside my store again.

Thanks you ****s.
☚ī¸ I'm sorry they are doing this to you!!! You should complain to the corporate office.

That IS messed up. They spending more money on changing names, then improving products and services for their customers.

I'm suprized shareholders haven't gotten a little more vocal about these moves.

Hope they get you set up properly.

Get a little orange paint/markers and paint the 'at&t' letters orange.. problem solved.

all I have to say is "Sux to be you"

^_^ 😈
hahaha. and they say it must suck to work for Verizon. SOOOO glad i left the world of GSM.

They are kind of undecided, you know?? đŸ¤Ŗ
Just remember - ATT means At This Time. 😈
I dont think you are going to see a change in outside branding. This is referring to print and media. It has been said all along that orange represents mobility. Just taking it to next level of the rebranding campaign.

info is wrong

info is wrong they are going to use orange for AT&T mobility and use blue for the rest of AT&T operations. This site has wrong info they aren't changing the color of the letters rather just orange background.

Can they just leave things alone.

There worse almost as bad as sprint as far rebranding goes jeez can you just stick with somthing and let it go already.
well said. 🙄
well said, it doesnt matter how much money they spend, or how many times they "re-brand" the company...all the money and signs on the planet can never change the fact that they SUCK at&t sucked back in the day and cingy sucks in the present day an...

Logo appearance

Just did a mock up in Paint. Looks good in orange.
Although the old AT&T logo is king (the old globe with capital AT&T letters)
Agreed. Blue and orange are naturally complimentary colors. In the wireless world, you need a look that sets you apart from the other guys.

Pricing isn't bad...

This would actually work good for me..
I can drop my POTS line, and get Vonage or CallVantage for less than 1/2 if I want a house line.

I currently pay $60/month for wireless (2lines @550).

1 line @450 (+$9.99 2nd line) with DSL for $70 isn't bad.
I'd need more details on this plan other than 450 minutes... does it include free N&W? how about any messaging? or what about nights free?

You can already recieve this plan, just not in a bundle...

Get a Power Pack 450 minute plan from Sprint fo...
