Sprint Bows New iDEN/CDMA Phone

Sprint is adding the Motorola ic902 to its line-up of hybrid iDEN/CDMA handsets. The ic902 makes use of EV-DO for high-speed wireless data and is compatible with Sprint's Power Vision services. It has a 2-megapixel camera, MP3 player and stereo Bluetooth. It also includes a microSD slot for storing media files and comes with a 128 megabyte card. It is also compatible with all iDEN services, including Direct Talk and Direct Send. It is available from Sprint's online store starting today and will be in retail outlets next month. Prices start at $299 with 2-year contract.
