Sony Ericsson is reportedly ready to launch its first foray into the slim phone market. A candybar style phone code named Ai is supposed to be only 9.4 mm thick, beating out the SLVR and bringing Sony Ericsson in line with some of Samsung's slimmest efforts. Ai is rumored to be a 3G Walkman phone on par with the W850 including features such as a 2 Megapixel camera, M2 memory card slot, and new walkman software that allows over the air downloads. It will come in silver or black and may have a rubberized back like the KRZR. Sony Ericsson has not confirmed these rumors nor have there been any hints as to when Ai may be announced.
