Sprint Trials Mobile TV Using M250

Selected Sprint subscribers report being invited to join trials of a mobile TV service called VUE. Sprint has not announced this service yet, so it possible that this is just one of the carrier's many trials of mobile TV technology. Although Sprint has not confirmed a launch, this trial confirms earlier suspicions that the Samsung M250 was a B250 derivative for Sprint. The trials site shows both the B250 as well as the M250 on its pages. The M250 is a clamshell with a screen that rotates 90 degrees to watch video. It also features Bluetooth, a Micro SD slot, 1.3 Megapixel camera and advanced voice recognition including speech to text for messaging.

It's definitely not a "scam". What would be the "scam"? 😕

It looks like a market research company conducting a market trial on Sprint's behalf.

When will Verizon start doing it?

^^
First guess is yes. My second guess is no. Either way I'm right. They probably will if the testing goes well
If you look into it at all that thing looks fake as hell. They have AnyCalls version of the phone on the website where you sign up for that. I would think Sprint would have their own logo on the phone they are giving out to testers. Don't hold you...

They will probably pick up something similar, but just like on most of their handsets they'll load it with the sorry LG interface. So their version of it will suck. Since you could only do VCAST stuff on it.
