FCC Approves Two Pantech Phones For ... Cingular

The FCC recently approved two Pantech phones, each with indications they are coming to Cingular in the FCC documents. Until now, only Pantech's CDMA handsets have been announced for the US. Both phones are low cost handsets that are small on features, but each is small physically as well.
- C120: A slim dual-band GSM/GPRS candybar only 1 mm thicker than the SLVR. Features a speakerphone and VGA camera.
- C300: A tiny tri-band (850/1800/1900) GSM/GPRS clamshell with a color external screen, speakerphone and VGA camera.
