RF

Radio Frequency

RF can refer to anything related to radio signals, which are invisible electromagnetic waves created by applying a pulsing electric current to an antenna.

"RF" generally refers to the radio waves themselves, or systems that handle radio signals directly, such as the circuits connected directly to the antenna.

Technically, RF is the 10 kHz to 300 GHz frequency range of the electromagnetic spectrum that can be used for wireless communication known as radio.
