PoC

(Push-To-Talk over Cellular)

PoC is an open standard for PTT (Push-To-Talk) "walkie-talkie" technology. Created by the OMA (Open Mobile Alliance) standards organization, PoC uses VoIP technology to stream voice over data neteworks such as GPRS.
