As a person who actually works for this company, I want to point out a few things for you. The C370 is a better phone than a C333. Newer technology, with a colour screen. I noticed that somebody already told you that you purchased the same accessories to both phones. Big deal. And when it comes down to your time, let me put it this way. Time is always important to everyone. But if you try to tell a company to jump, they simply look at you and laugh. By screaming at everyone about this is not going anywhere. The main problem is exactly what a call rep said. They look at 5,000 screens all the time. Most companies have select places covering for a whole country. Do you know how many promotions go on in one company alone, then times it by 12. So the computers don't have the ability to show the world to a simple user. And if you think its better at another company then your wrong. Rogers realized the problem of the C333 and they corrected it. It clearly states in the contract of any company that the wireless device is not rogers product. Its the manufacturer's. So when you come up with a problem with your next free phone purchase, ( or lack there of in this case) think that the company has shelled out over $500 in order to provide you a phone initially and to correct a mistake that what really motorola's fault.
