Basic provider/phone decisions
Hi! I have a motorola v265 phone through Cricket. Can it be unlocked and used in the Dominican Republic and/or Europe? I also have Sprint service with another phone for travel in the US. I am thinking of canceling Sprint, signing up with a new provider who offer better international coverage, and buying a new phone to go with it. I only need the basics--calling in and out. Can anyone recommend a good provider and a phone? Thank you, Beverly

Well in order to work outside the us you would have to get a GSM provider Cingular or Tmobile and then get ur phone unlocked...try posting this same question in the general forum and you will get more help!!!
