Samsung F480 Tocco import...

I am currently in china and really want to buy the Samsung Tocco. I have the AT&T network and was wondering since it has 3G 2100 if I would be able to use it on my network (AT&T uses 2100) much less any network in the U.S.?

if it supports 3G, i guess it can work well in USA with 3G network.
