Around the World

This year will see me traveling to Europe, Japan, and Singapore. I looked at the Samsung A790 as I am Sprint in the US, but while traveling I mostly call out to the US and other people within the country I am in. The A790 has several negatives on user reports, plus the calls appear to be more than using an unlocked phone and buing SIMs. Also the feature of allowing others to call me on my US number is not so vital.

What phone is recommended?
