You can download tones through Get it Now, which is the little arrow on your phone by the OK button. If you press that and then the shopping cart button, you'll get 3 different groups to choose from...choose any of them and then the application will be downloaded to your phone which allows you to preview & purchase ringtones, games and other options.

The best ringtones on the 670 come from Modtones or Xringer under the get it now browser and then click the cart and go to get tones. Sadly the phone doesn't have any music tones though. Like the VX6000 can use Modtones DJ to get actual song clips.
