It's impossible. I've tried to do it myself and I can't get it to work. I can sync it with Outlook. Does that help?

I'm not sure if it works on the Palm or not, but I have gotten PDAnet to work on Both Android as well as WinMo. Idk if it would work, Have you googled it? Or you may be able to find a flash (rom) for your phone to fix the issue.
