Need help.

This is my problem. I have the HTC Hero from Sprint, sometimes when i use some websites the flash players doesn't load at all. What can i do to solve that problem? is there any way to upgrade the flash player on my phone? any ideas? i have problems with this website hulu.com

Andriod doesn't support flash or I would be watching movies on there too...
