Tricked Out

Can anyone tell me how I can get a ringtone that I made into this damn phone.I tried a couple of ringtone makers that upload your ringtone to a wap site but the phone can't seem to get it.I can browse the internet no problem.What type of file should the ringtone be?I tried mp3,wav.thanks.I even tried putting it on the card but there is no option to go look there through the phones menu.
