How do I........
I abide by the old concept idea of nothing ventured, nothing gained. This could be something, it could be nothing. I understand the pitfalls regarding disclosure of ideas and am not prepared to do that in any way, shape or form on a public access forum.
I am just looking for pointers as to how to approach ...

Septhian. Thanks for the great info. There I was thinking I'd come to a professional location where constructive help could be shed on a predicament only to find that sarcasm and a desperate need to swath others in self pity seems the order of the day. I understand how my message may have sounded. There are a million and one sites I could have chosen to post my initial inquiry to but I chose this one due to its seemingly professional reader base. I don't like to have my time wasted, I am way too busy for that. I am neither naieve when it comes to corporate lack of confidentiality especially when it comes to submitting prospective technological ideas.
I reacted as most would in my position. I stand by that.
I feel it best if all concerened keep their own ideas to themselves and look for ways to approach potentially interested entities who may provide the required platform for project undertaking.
My search continues.

Mark.
I can't help but feel your frustration. All I have is an idea, it may be something, it will probably come to nothing. I wouldn't want to waste your, or anyone else's time and efforts. All I am looking to do is run it by the development department of production entities within the mobile media world to see if this could actually be something they would be interested in.
I'm sure you would also prefer to keep your ideas a closely guarded as possible in the same situation.
I have recently opened discussions with a couple of entities in Japan.

Mark.
