The short answer is yes, but it will take some time.
By the end of this year, they will have phones that combine CDMA (for voice and data) with iDEN (for PTT only).
That will be their solution until after they launch EV-DO rev A, which will allow them to launch a new PTT service on the CDMA network that will rival iDEN PTT. When that happens, they will start moving iDEN customers to the CDMA network over a period of time. (1-2 years most likely).
