Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think VZW has any kind of PTT svc available. This means that you're out of luck.

VZW re launched it's push to talk service about a month ago. They offer three phone as of right now: vx4700, kx444, and the moto v60p none of which has bluetooth (as of yet) hopefully if VZW sells a lot of these they will bring new handsets out.
