Development

I heard rumors a while back that Cingular was conspiring with NTT Docomo to develop a UMTS network that is compatible with their network, and vice versa. Does any one have confirmation of this? Does anyone know if Cingular is also working with them for HSDPA? I've heard a couple rumors, but international video conferencing would be pretty cool.

I suppose I should have posted this in here instead of the Cingular column 🤭 .
