Can I upgrade to newer Windows Mobile?

I'm curious if my Audiovox SMT 5600 can upgrade to a newer version of Windows Mobile. Currently it's running Mobile '03 SE. Is there anyway to purchase or download an upgrade? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that's the most current version of Window Mobile for smartphones.
