I would not tell the gf because this is not something she needs to be concerned with unless you want to loose your relationship with him and her.
Second, I would tell him he can't be saying those things unless he wants to act on it since he has a gf. You can tell him maybe if he was single you would give it shot but the circumstances are as they stand, pointless in taking it anywhere.
Third, be honest to yourself. He has a gf. What are the chances he would break up with his gf for you? Not to mention what happens when the next old crush comes around? Is he going to do the same?
Conclusion, tell him he's got a gf for a reason and until that changes not to cross the boundaries of friendship.
