What would you girls do?

if you have a really good friend who is a girl and she is dating 1 of your best guy friends who you've have known since middle school, (he was your 1st friend before she was) and on a really drunk night he hits on you and tells you he's liked since middle school and all that good stuff. Would you tell your really good friend who is his gf? Or not say anything cuz you don't want to be THAT girl who caused trouble? but deep down you've always had a crush on him too...
