Wrestling Dropped by Olympics?!

What sort of crack do you have to be smoking to make this call? How do you drop wrestling from the olympics? Especially when you decide to keep field hockey, equestrian, et al...

Like it or not, wrestling and the marathon are the two oldest olympic events. How on earth they make this call is insane.
