3 is the new 5
In the past I was used to get 5 or a 4 every so often but never a 3.
If you do everything fine, but don't go "beyond" their expectations then you are rewarded a hardly earned 3 just for doing what you are getting paid for "your job".
Being honest, I usually get 5s mixed with 4s (the permanent 4 on pronunciation and accent, QA's were told not to give a 5 on that to anyone, even people that don't speak Spanish)
I think that one does the best possible, given our condition
