Want to talk about making up facts

you failed to divulge that he actually had a rather balanced diet, in which he was taking a protein shake daily, multi-vitamin, and was eating vegtables and fruits as well.

You also failed to even read what his daily diet actually was, and how many calories that truly was.

Lastly, simple math is simple math. Based on the information you had given, and your argument (a calorie is a calorie) then he should have only lost fat, and based on the amount of weight he lost, the body fat percentage he had lost, simple math does not lie.

Now, if you are willing to admit that reality is he lost more muscle, water, and bone mass than just fat, then sure we can talk... of if you are ready to admit that this guy had a lot of issues with this study as well (one person isn't a study, and thats just the start)... and that ultimately, you haven't proved anything (heck your 'proof' doesn't even conclude or prove anything other than you lose weight if you eat at starvation level deficiency).
