Re: stop making 'facts' up
2) Based on what you posted he lost 27 pounds in a couple months... 27*3500/60=1575 calories a day a lost.
3) You also posted a body fat of 33.4% which is considered obese, and morbidly by some.
4) So he lost 27 pounds (and your claim is calories are calories, so must have been a healthy loss of fat only)... so (27/8.5%body fat lost) x (100%)=original weight, of 317.65 pounds!
Sorry to burst your bubble.
Calorie reduction=weight loss, yes. Never said it didn't. However, good calorie are better than bad ones, period. And when dieting and exercising, properly, the quality and your macro composition is much more important than if you ate 2000 calories or 1800 calories. Period.
Using some extreme example to try and prove a point doesn't prove anything other than you either a) lack reading comprehension and common sense to understand that we were having a conversation inside a normal world or b) you don't have the integrity to have a conversation that accepts nobody caveats everything thing they say with explanations for every possible objection, because common sense should prevail at least a little bit.
