Since fat cannot become fat (impossible) and it is very, very, very hard for protein to become fat (and if you were to do a 10K calorie diet, it would be mostly fat), you wouldn't gain any weight. You wouldn't loose any either.
Now, you want a true fat shredding diet, check out a keto diet. It is what most body builders do about a month before a competion to lean out but not loose their muscle mass.
