It depends on your what your specific diet is, what your workout routine is, what else you are going to eat and have ate, etc.
There is nothing wrong with cheating every now and again, either.
Just make sure, no matter what diet you go on, it covers your macros correctly, and it puts a focus on:
2) Good Fats
Not saying more calories from fat than carbs, but it cuts carb calories before fat, and fat before protein.
