Evolution takes two things, time an a niche. We haven't really had the time, and there hasn't been a niche. IF A Group of people were sufficiently isolated for a long enough period of time, then perhaps they could evolve to a different subspecies of man. The more we interact however, the less likely we are to evolve. Not only that, we develop products that fill the niche limiting the need for divergence. Cold weather, sun exposure, marine environments, etc. None of these things create an evolution compelling niche for us. Instead we use our existing tools to overcome the problem.
