Intersex friendships are really complex. Personally, I tend to get along better with girls than other guys, but I'd be out of place in a group of them... mostly because of the way girls tend to socialize vs. the way that guys tend to socialize.

If the guy has a wife or girlfriend, it's going to be even more complex. Even if said other isn't the jealous type, being with another woman in a public place causes awkward moments and lots of talk if you're seen.

If the guy doesn't have a wife or girlfriend, then it becomes a situation in which you're keeping potential girlfriends from interacting with him, as they assume that you're together.
