Banning soda drinks in + sizes

I'm not for a ban, I think the idea is stupid. I'm not sure if they could regulate or enforce it, but I do think there should be standardization on what each size is allowed to hold. For instance, Small being 8-12oz, Medium 16-21oz, Large 24-30oz etc. I'm tired of never knowing if I'm getting a gallon when I order a medium or not. It certainly doesn't help that they no longer list the ounces on the cup, so the employee can't even tell me. Evertime I ask for a 21oz pepsi I get a response of Them- "What size? Medium?" Me-"sure." Then inevitably end up with a 32oz pepsi.
