Any ritual/custom you have for new years?

In Central America families get together and everyone gets to eat 12 grapes, one representing each month. It is supposed to mean prosperity and health during those months.

Some people stuff suit cases and take them out at exactly 12 am. The wandering with the suit cases means you will travel on this new year.
