I think they were out looking for me.
My parents thought I had run away and when this cop drove by he stopped.
The funny thing is much earlier in the day another cop cruised by me walking on a dirt road in the woods right next to the base fence. He slowed down and eyeballed me but didn't stop to ask what some kid was doing back there.
