Four pill bottles. She brought them to work, so it's something that needs to be treated throughout the day.

I'm guessing it's bacterial, so probably not contagious except maybe by touch.

If I'm right, one of them is probably an antibiotic.

Bacterial infections usually come with fever, so one of them is probably a pain killer / fever reducer like acetaminophen.

If it's a sinus infection, one of them may be a decongestant.

The fourth? I don't know. Maybe an antihistamine.

So that's my guess. Sinus infection brought on by congestion from seasonal allergies. And she's a drama queen.
