Dilema

I have people on my team that are really loud and also aux hop so they dont have to take as many calls. So this leaves me straining to hear my customers and having to take extra calls. my problem is I tried explaining to my sup and she brushed me off. She instead gave me the equivalent of a gold star for my good behavior. I dont want to be that person who tattles but I am at a loss.

I know Shop Talk but I could use some thoughts
