The idea that 'anything' (everything) is perception is nonsense. If there were no verifiable, testable, repeatable, solid facts, measures and concepts in this world it would essentially be chaos. Nothing could or would exist.
A cow being food or a deity may be perception in some, distant, abstract sense. Ie: To one group it is sacred to another group it's food. "It's all perception bro", amirite? But we know for certain that the cow can be food where we have never been given a shred of evidence that a cow could be a deity. These two concepts are strikingly different and can be assessed on their merits outside of any one persons perception. So if we can do that for this, or any other claims, beliefs, idea's or things than it becomes pretty obvious that everything is not perception.
