I disagree on China. I think they're absolutely an economic threat to us. They certainly have an advanced enough military to give us fits. They possess plenty of nuclear subs. To top it off, they've recently elected a new head of state. Not sure what that will all mean, but they are as big of a threat as Russia ever was with the acception that our current president isn't poking the Panda Bear.
