I get many urges, just not for cigarettes!
Seriously, the last time I had the urge was 1995 when Fireman's Fund Insurance let me go. I was very depressed, met a buddy for some beers and to talk. He lit one up, I asked if I could have one. Choked on it, it was disgusting, but discovered that my quitting almost 10 years before was indeed successful. Made the night better to handle.
