People with seniority get screwed over in this office. They tried pulling this crap on us and people who were here less than a year were getting top selection of schedules until people like me who have been here for 3 years were pissed and voiced our opinion on them screwing us over. They've always done seniority and then they tried that and everyone get pissed and they backtracked and let seniority go first again.
