is digital only. It's $19.99 in the eShop. There are PC and PS3 versions as well, but the Wii U version is called "Director's Cut." It has tweaked graphics and controls and comes with the expansion pack. There's a new multiplayer mode that's going to be released as a patch later.

Your best bet to see it in action would probably be YouTube.
