In MMA if you're in a bad position you create a scramble. Scrambles can put you right back where you were or worse, but they can also land you on top or in a winning position. You've got to be willing to risk the scramble though. It helps when you know you're in a losing position to start with. That's how I see most of the Arab Spring. We know we're losing with who's in there. At least in a scramble, and with our support, we may come out ahead. Libya for instance how more pro-American sentiment than they did prior to the Arab Spring.
