Then don't used biased sources. There has to be a reason for that "rule" if it even legitly exists and so far you haven't shown why, or if it is even logistically an issue. Sounds like an appeal to emotion against unions, when in fact it was the unions that were trying to keep the jobs without hostess screwing them over even more.
