*facepalm* NO kisses, that's not how it works either. If your employer is exempt from obamacare or chooses to pay the penalty instead of providing healthcare, you would get a voucher to go buy healthcare or you would get medicaid or the government healthcare plan or whatever. Nobody is getting left high and dry. Quit making assumptions and go do your own research if you care. I'm not going to explain the whole damn thing to you. It takes 10 minutes to google everything and read it.
