I don't care how much training the "baristas" get. They're not real baristas. They use automatic machines. If someone can't figure out one of those they shouldn't even be allowed to operate a motor vehicle. My parents had a drive through espresso business in eastern washington for 10 years. All we used were conti twin stars. They're not hard to use but I'd like to see anyone from starbucks figure it out without a lot of instruction.
