Obviously. If you can raise the price of your product by a few cents to offset the cost of employee benefits, and your customers can easily afford the extra few cents, wouldn't you still be making a profit? who's losing? I don't get it. If you have a large business, you can't make a profit without your employees. Why wouldn't it be in your best interest to take care of them?
