Quote refuted information and flip flop on his entire platform, then yes, Romney won.
The problem with this "debate", and notice I put it in parenthesis, was romney used information from right wing think tanks and over simplified very complex issues. When he was put on the spot about his "plans" he simply dismissed it and continued the attack. Conservatives don't put much weight in fact checkers, but cmon, that was rediculous.
So if you consider a "win" being the person that "looked" better after but lied constantly, then I agree that romney won.
