be happy or proud of something until you actually accomplish it. I assume your goal is to lose a descent amount of weight, if I lost just 3 pounds in that amount of time in your height/weight range I would be looking to readjust my workout/diet to see what I'm doing wrong instead of just being satisfied of mediocrity.
