One, that's not saying he didn't DO drugs. He just didn't abuse them.
Two, clearly he did some kind of drug that caused him to freak.
I'm also a little confused as to why the mother is saying they killed him and then dumped him. If that's the case, then we really do have a zombie outbreak here...
