ANY GSM phones with GPS (Navigation) On them?

We're trying to find out if GSM phones are made with GPS?

Small cellular company in Alaska - we are thinking of switching technologies in order to meet requirements - but have been unable to find GSM phones with GPS on them (Global Positioning)

Anyone??

Do you mean for E-911 requirements, or specialized business applications?

For E-911, none of the major GSM providers are using a GPS-based solution. The technology of choice was originally E-OTD, from this company:

...but it wasn't accurate enough for FCC requirements in certain situations. So now most GSM carriers are using U-TDOA technology from this company:

http://www.trueposition.com/ »

...which is both accurate enough for E-911, and does not require special phones - it works with existing TDMA and GSM phones.

If you're not talking about E-911, then the only true GSM/GPS phones I'm aware of are from this company:

...but unfortunately, I don't think they offer an...
