Kyocera 7135 Audio output jack !!sub-sub mini!!!

In re Kyocera 7135 and the ________whatever they call this (unnecessary) another sized plug to push standardization one ring out in the solar system. Why? In any event, this is a 3 pole plug: stereo as described or a balanced line, e.g. one with a +, - and a ground. I bought an adapter at Radio Shack, which it must be said that every jack or adapter I have ever bought there does not work after a very short while or not at all, so I have not really tested the issue. Is the receiving f (F) input wired to receive standard 1/4:" phono; oh no, we're down to 1/8" now. not this sub sub mini.....;wiring for stereo out put or is it wired the other way (can practically speaking only be one of two ways, = at the tip or minus at the tip. I cannot ...
